Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting for the position of Senior Human Resource Officer. A professional senior HR officer is needed to oversee the HR department for our client. The Senior HR Officer will provide practical, timely support, advice, and direction to the organization's staff throughout the full life cycle of HR. The senior HR officer is responsible for talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes. You will also oversee shaping the company's work and employee policies. Applications tracking systems and payroll systems are two tools that senior HR officers must have extensive experience with.
